As of Saturday afternoon, 31 cases of corona infection have been reported in Uttarakhand. After which the total number of infected patients in the state has increased to 1245. Of which 422 have been cured. The state currently has 807 active cases. Today, four cases have been reported in Almora, six in Chamoli and Dehradun, three in Nainital and Tehri, eight in Pithoragarh and one in Uttarkashi. Corona infection cases are increasing in the capital Dehradun. On Saturday, four staff nurses of a private hospital were found corona positive. It is reported that they treated a pregnant corona-infected woman in the emergency room.

The four staff nurses are being brought to Doon Hospital. The State Coordinator Dr. NS Khatri has confirmed these cases. 62 new cases were found in the state on Friday. In the last 5 days, 304 Corona infected patients have returned to their homes in Uttarakhand. Due to this, the state's recovery rate has doubled. The number of corona infected patients has reached 1200 in the state. Dehradun, Nainital and Tehri districts still have the most active cases. After May 24, the number of infected patients has doubled at the rate of five days, due to which the graph of infected has increased rapidly in the last two weeks. Now the number of patients recovering is also increasing. On May 31, the recovery rate in the state was 12.72 percent and 105 patients were sent home after treatment.

Whereas on June 5, the recovery rate has gone up to 25.77 percent and 309 patients have recovered. In-charge Secretary Dr. Pankaj Kumar Pandey said that with the rise in Corona positive cases, the recovery and dabbling rate is also increasing in the state. More than 33 thousand people coming from outside areas have been institutionalized in the state. After completion of the institutional quarantine period of about five hundred people, 14 days have been sent to the home quarantine. According to the Health Department report, on June 4, 33 thousand 942 people were living in the institutional quarantine. On Friday, about five hundred people have been sent home on completion of the seven-day period. They will now remain quarantined in their home for 14 days.
