The number of corona-infected patients are increasing in Uttarakhand. On Tuesday, 134 new corona infected cases have been reported in the state. The number of infected patients has now crossed 2500. Additional Secretary Health Kishore Pant has confirmed this. According to the Health Bulletin issued by the Health Department, 26 corona infected has been found  in Udham Singh Nagar. In Pauri, 20, four in Chamoli, 25 in Dehradun, 15 in Tehri, 14 in Almora, eight in Nainital, two in Rudraprayag, nine in Haridwar, five in Uttarkashi, four in Bageshwar and two in Champawat, corona infected patients have been reported. With this, now the number of infected patients in the state has reached 2535.

1602 infected patients have recovered and returned home. While there are still 920 active cases. While 30 Corona-infected patients have died so far. One Corona positive patient died in Doon Hospital on Tuesday. He came from Saharanpur to a private hospital in Dehradun. Where he was admitted to Doon Hospital after he was found positive in the investigation. Where he died of cardiac arrest, the disaster management department has published a book with an appeal to break the corona infection chain. It contains information about infection prevention measures through cartoons, graphics and what to do and what not to do.

FThis disaster management book is an attempt to give factual information on many similar issues. The speciality of the book is also that it has given information about various aspects of the transition through pictures and cartoons. Information about living at home under lockdown, following social distance, wearing masks properly, washing hands repeatedly with soap, rules of home quarantine etc. are also given in local language.
