Another case of corona has come up in Uttarakhand today. A young man returned to Rishikesh from Maharashtra has been found corona infected. He had recently returned to Rishikesh after being found Corona positive among several hotel people. He was quarantine in his house since then. On Saturday he came for screening at AIIMS. During that time, a sample of the young man was taken after some symptoms were found in it, which has been reported positive today. The young man is being shifted to the Corona ward.

All seven patients recover in Haridwar
All patients infected with corona in Haridwar district covered by Red Zone in Uttarakhand have been cured. The seventh patient from the Mela Hospital has also been sent home after recovering. At present there is no active case in the district. CMO Dr. Saroj Naithani said that the second report of a person of the Luxor area admitted in the fair hospital has been sent home after coming negative. Pool sampling will start when there are one thousand samples per day
The health department has increased sampling due to corona infection among migrants returning to Uttarakhand from outside states. For the first time on Saturday, 549 samples have been sent for investigation in a day. At the same time, pool sampling will be done after the number of samples reaches one thousand. So far, individual samples are being examined in all the four government labs in the state. The first case of corona infection was found on March 15 in the state. Initially, due to lack of lab facility in the state, only 110 samples were tested from all over the state. Currently, apart from AIIMS Rishikesh in the state, three medical colleges Doonay Haldwani and Corona sample examination facility in Srinagar. Thousands of migrants from outside states have also increased cases of infection after the concession in the lockdown. Sampling has been increased to prevent corona infection. With one thousand samples per day from the entire state, the labs will test pooling samples themselves. So far, the capacity of all four labs is 500 samples per day. Individual samples are currently being investigated.
