Lucknow: The MP-MLA court of Rampur in Uttar Pradesh has canceled the non-bailable warrants issued against Tanzin Fatima and MLA son Abdullah Azam, wife of senior Samajwadi Party (SP) leader and sitting MLA Mohammad Azam Khan, and both were convicted by the court. Orders have been given to appear on every date fixed.

In fact, the MP-MLA court had issued non-bailable warrants against Tanzin Fatima and Abdullah Azam on Wednesday, after which the mother and son appeared in the court within 24 hours. At the same time, he cited ill health as the reason for not appearing, due to which the MP MLA Court has canceled the non-bailable warrants giving him conditional bail. Along with this, he has been ordered to appear on every date. Let us inform that the court has granted conditional bail to Azam Khan's wife Dr Tajeen Fatima and his son Swar Tanda to SP MLA Abdullah Azam.

Along with this, the non-bailable warrants issued against him on Wednesday have been withdrawn. Dr. Tazeen Fatima and Abdullah Azam appeared in the court this morning. During this, he cited personal health as the reason for not appearing in the court on the previous dates. Along with this, give other reasons and also produced documents related to it, due to which the court granted him bail and also canceled his NBW warrant.
