Agra: The second wave of corona in Uttar Pradesh is on the verge of extinction. Now all districts of the state have come out of corona curfew. Earlier, 71 districts of Corona were freed from curfew, but figures released on Tuesday have also freed Lucknow, Meerut, Saharanpur and Gorakhpur. Like the remaining 71 districts, these 4 districts will also start the process of unlocking.

The unlock process in Uttar Pradesh started from June 1. Districts that had less than 600 active cases were being unlocked. By last week, 71 districts of the state had been unlocked, but lucknow, Meerut, Saharanpur and Gorakhpur had more than 600 active cases. Now active cases in these four districts have also come down to less than 600. In Uttar Pradesh, the second wave of corona has reached its low. According to data released by the government, only 797 new cases have been registered in the last 24 hours. Now the total number of active cases in the state is 14,000. 2.85 lakh tests were conducted on Monday, with a positivity rate of 0.2%. Meanwhile, the recovery rate is 97.1%.

Corona cases are declining in UP, but the government is still on alert. Night curfew is in force from 7 pm to 7 am in districts where the unlock ing process is going on. Also weekly on Saturdays and Sundays is captive. The same rule will be applicable in Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Meerut and Saharanpur.
