For your information, JDU MLA (JDU MLA) Amarnath Gami from Hayaghat of Darbhanga has condemned the prohibition of liquor and Pan Masala while surrounded his own government and demanded the abolition of these restrictions. Accusing his own government, he said that gutkha was banned if illegal transactions did not materialize. Such decisions are being taken to brighten the face.

Raising the big question on prohibition and gutting, JDU MLA has said wrong such a ban.  MLA from Darbhanga of JDU Amarnath Gami urged Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to reconsider liquor ban. He has expressed displeasure over the decision to ban pan-masala and gutkha. He said that one cannot give a job, the other is also snatching the employment of people. He has said that due to administrative failure on the prohibition of liquor, many opposition parties of the state have also raised the demand for liquor.

The JDU MLA has called upon the people to oppose the state government's policy of prohibiting liquor ban and gutka and paan-masala and said that if it is not opposed, it will have to beg at the station in the coming time. Under the Prohibition and Excise Bill, 2016 Act, there is prohibition of liquor since 2 October 2016, whereas, production and purchase and sale of gutkha and pan-masala in the state since 30 August. But it has also been banned.
