With her husband Gurmeet Choudhary, Debina Bonnerjee is expecting her second child and is making every effort to maintain a healthy body for the unborn child. The actor recently uploaded a video to her Instagram account of her pregnancy workout routine, in which she demonstrated a number of exercises.
On Tuesday, Debina shared the video on her Instagram page. She was dressed for a workout in a black bralette, black leggings, and braided hair. Debina worked out on a medical ball, lifted dumbbells, did squats under the direction of her trainer.
Debina discussed the significance of exercising while pregnant in the caption. She penned, "An inside look at how my trainer, @mindbodydesign new you, helps me complete my light-hearted workout. I'm all about having a healthy body, a peaceful mind, and surrounding myself with loving people these days! Maintaining my fitness just to make sure that both my baby and I are healthy from the inside out."
Fans praised Debina for her tenacity in the comments. She was referred to as a "super mom" by some and a "super strong woman" by others. "Hottest and Healthiest Mumma," said one. One more person said, "Truly inspiring."

Just a few months after giving birth to her first child, Debina revealed earlier this month that she is expecting her second child. Through IVF, Debina and Gurmeet Choudhary gave birth to a daughter they named Lianna in April of this year.
Debina has mentioned in her vlogs that she, Gurmeet, and even the doctors were taken aback when they learned she was expecting given the complications she had with her first pregnancy. Debina also mentioned that she felt "awkward" purchasing a pregnancy kit from a pharmacy so soon after her first pregnancy.
