In this case, a student has also been threatened with death. It has been reported that now the student has made a complaint and based on the complaint made by him, the police of the Premnagar police station have filed a case against the accused students. In a complaint to the police, in this case, Uttarakhand Institute of Technology (UIT) BTech student Shahbaz Khan son Abdul Salam resident village Rudkali Police Station Bhopa, District Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh said that on February 25, he was sitting on the college campus.

Now, in this case, Shahbaz alleges that 'the attackers had also killed him on February 16 and he suffered a major head injury in the assault. Then the accused had compromised by pressure from the senior of the college.
