The country's capital has registered AQI of 310 at 7 am on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. The air quality remained in the 'very poor' category on Tuesday morning known from the data received from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). The capital recorded an Air Quality Index (AQI) of 310. Noida, also registered very poor AQI. At 7 am on Tuesday the city recorded AQI of 350.

AQI between 0-50 is good, between 51 and 100 is termed satisfactory, between 101 and 200 is moderate and between 201-300 is poor and 301-400 is very poor and severe is between 401-500. All five satellite cities of Delhi have four air quality monitoring stations. Only the Greater Noida has two stations. The AQI for each city is based on the average value of all stations set up at the locality, as per the application.
