In the capital city of India, there have been many attacks in both the parties and the opposition on the assembly elections. Because of which the issue of development has deepened among the public. Before the Delhi Assembly elections, the top leadership of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) including Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is undoubtedly making rhetoric on the National Citizenship Register (NRC) and the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), but a section of the party is aggressive against it. It is right to adopt the strategy. Even some MLAs are talking about calling a special session of the Legislative Assembly for this. Some MLAs believe that the party's strategy of handling the NRC and CAA may be a loss deal from the electoral point of view. There is also a danger of anti-BJP voters joining the Congress.

According to media reports, so far AAP and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal have not reacted sharply to NRC and CAA. On different forums, Kejriwal dismisses the questions arising on these laws as unnecessary, turning them towards issues like economy, employment, inflation. Then, even with those who protest on the road, the party is yet to stand up strongly. Due to this, there is apprehension in one section of the party that such a stance may cause loss to you in Delhi elections. The possibility of going with the anti-BJP voter Congress is also being expressed.

To avoid getting into this matter, party leaders are advising to be active in anti-agitation movements. Sources say that some of the AAP MLAs are even of the opinion that a special session of Delhi Legislative Assembly should be convened on this issue, for this they are trying at their level to persuade other MLAs. He says that this session should not only condemn the NRC and CAA in strict terms, but like other non-BJP ruled states, a resolution should not be passed in Delhi. This will send a message to people that you are against CAA
