Delhi violence case: Crime branch will file two charge sheets in Karkardooma court

New Delhi: In the Delhi violence case, the crime branch can still file two chargesheets in Karkardooma court. The first charge sheet will be filed in the violence case in Gokulpuri. A charge sheet will be filed in the case of 4 bodies recovered from a drain in Gokulpuri area. 4 FIRs were registered in Gokulpuri police station. Of these, two FIRs are being filed today. On 25 and 26 February, violence erupted in Gokulpuri area.

During the investigation, the crime branch got information that a WhatsApp group was formed on the night of 25 February. When violence was at its peak. There were 125 people in this WhatsApp group. 2 members of this WhatsApp group participated in the investigation of Crime Branch. The mobile phones of these two members were investigated. Investigation revealed that some members of this group were only sending messages, the rest of the members of this group were involved in the violence. 9 members of this group were arrested, on February 27 these 9 people were arrested. After this, 11 people were arrested back. All the accused are currently in judicial custody.

The second charge sheet will be filed in the Dilbar Negi murder case. The deceased Dilbar Negi used to work in Anil Sweets and Anil went to lunch in the Godown of Sweets after which Dilbar Negi was missing. On February 26, the police received information that in the Godown of Anil Sweets, a body is lying in a very bad condition. After investigation, it was found that Dilbar is Negi's body. 12 people were arrested in this case. On the basis of CCTV, the police proceeded with the investigation. All the accused are currently in judicial custody.
