Rajya Sabha discussed the issue of increasing pollution of air pollution in Delhi. On this issue, many leaders of the opposition put forth their views, Union Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar said on behalf of the government.

Javadekar's reply: According to the information received, the government responded to the pollution of Delhi-NCR in the Winter Session of Parliament on Wednesday. Union Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar said in the Rajya Sabha, 'We have taken many steps to reduce and control air pollution in Delhi NCR. A high-level task force has been formed under the chairmanship of the Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, and review meetings should be held regularly.

 Javadekar further said, 'We have made a comprehensive air plan to deal with Delhi-NCR pollution. For this, we have identified agencies which will implement further action plan. The Center has approved this action plan for pollution of various stages of Delhi-NCR.

Ghulam Nabi Azad said, move towards the solution: It is being said that during the discussion, Congress MP Ghulam Nabi Azad said that there were suggestions from all sides on pollution. Every Indian has a small part in polluting the air whether it is from any party or religion. Cigarettes, tobacco, paan, stove, machinery, factory, burning grass and our vehicles are responsible for this. We should go for a solution. The same Ghulam Nabi Azad said that the ministers should request the Prime Minister to call a meeting of all the Chief Ministers. Nothing will happen with speech. Union Ministers, Chief Ministers, Deputy Chief Ministers, Governors and Lt. Governors should be invited to this meeting.
