New Delhi: The Delhi High Court has granted bail to Devangana Kalita, a member of the cage break group accused in the Delhi riots. The High Court has granted him bail on a personal bond of Rs 25,000. Devangana Kalita is accused that she has a hand in inciting the riots in Jafarabad area. Devangana Kalita's name is recorded in 4 FIRs related to Delhi riots. Kalita gets this bell FIR no. Devangana Kalita was arrested in May 2020. He is currently lodged in Tihar Jail. Suresh Kait, the Single Judge Bench of the Delhi High Court, has directed to grant bail to Devangana Kalita. Earlier on August 30, a Delhi court rejected the bail plea of Devangana. Corona has instructed that Devangana Kalita will not tamper with the evidence either directly or indirectly.
