New Delhi: Delhi Police Crime Branch has filed two chargesheets in the anti-CAA riots in Delhi today. Both the chargesheets have been filed in Karkardooma Court of Delhi. The first charge sheet is being filed against the riot mastermind and common man councilor Tahir Hussain. Tahir Hussain is accused of triggering riots in the Chandbagh area, rioting on the roof of his house and throwing stones, bullets and petrol bombs from the roof.

Police has filed this charge sheet of about 1030 pages. The police have accused 15 people including Tahir Hussain, his brother Shah Alam, in this. According to the police, Tahir Hussain also held a meeting regarding the Anti-Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and the National Citizenship Register (NRC) before the riots and according to the allegation, plans for the riots during the arrival of US President Donald Trump in Delhi. Created For this, a meeting was also held with Omar Khalid for alleged anti-national statements in JNU. Tahir Hussain also spent 1.10 crores for this riot.

First this money was transferred to fake companies, then these money was removed from there and used for riots. Before the riots, Tahir Hussain told his supporters to be ready, because Tahir Hussain's house is the largest in that area, so the roof of his house was used so that more people could be targeted. Not only this, the CCTV installed in the house just before the riots was also closed so that there is no evidence of any kind.
