New Delhi: In February this year, the police have filed a charge sheet against 15 people including Safura Zargar, Natasha Narwal, Devangana Kalita and Tahir Hussain in the case of violence in East Delhi in February. Whatsapp group chat and call details record (CDR) have also been included as evidence in the charge sheet. The charge sheet states that a conspiracy was hatched to burn the capital in a WhatsApp group chat.

Special Cell of Delhi Police has investigated WhatsApp chats of more than 4 dozen people. Many surprising information has been received in these chats by the special cell, on the basis of which many accused have been arrested. Based on these chats, there may be some more arrests soon. The details of the chats of WhatsApp group DPSG (Delhi Protest Support Group) formed during the Delhi riots have also been included in the charge sheet.

One member in this group is telling the other member that "I am not educated, but I can tell so much that the local people know about your plan to block the road last night. From your plan, violence can provoke. So do not play with fire, it will harm not only you but all of us. Our performance will be non-violent. We will influence people through thoughts."
