The courts are giving their orders on the bail plea of the heiress accused in the North-East Delhi Human Riot case. A new picture of communal riots is coming out daily. Now the court has also started to believe that these riots were part of a big conspiracy, which was created at many levels in Delhi after the Citizenship Amendment Act was enacted.

Additional Sessions Judge Vinod Yadav dismissed Liaquat Ali's bail plea, stating, "Human riots in North-East Delhi were horrific, killing 53 people and causing massive damage to private-public wealth. Looting took place and all shops were set on fire. These riots were part of a large-scale conspiracy at different levels in Delhi after the formation of the CAA, 2019 and were not natural".

The court said that a witness identified the applicant as a rioter. The CDR call is also showing his presence on the spot during the riots on 25 February. It was also told that the applicant may be an elderly person, but his alleged role in the riots is evident from the witness's statement that he was the first person to throw stones at the communities. Being a senior member of the community, he played a key role in fueling the sentiments".

On behalf of Ally, advocate Dinesh Tiwari made the first claim for bail in connection with the delay in filing an FIR. The second argument is that he is a senior citizen and such activities cannot be expected from a person of 63 years. Special Public Prosecutor Manoj Chaudhary opposed the bail. It was argued that on the statement of a witness, the accused has been detained. Ali is accused in many cases related to the riots.
