Actress Delnaaz Irani from Kabhi Kabhi Ittefaq Se who has done various reality shows, shared a throwback video on her Instagram handle from the time she participated in the dance reality show Zara Nachke Dikha.
We get to see quite a few behind-the-scenes glimpse of Delnaaz practicing for her dance on stage. She also talks about how the show is about the girls giving a daring competition to the males.
Delnaaz wrote a long caption remembering the old days and how they used to quarrel in front of the camera but once the camera was off, they used to be like one large family. She shared the clip wherein she is seen challenging her brother Bhakhtyar Irani on the show.
Delnaaz was the captain of the girl's team and actor Ali Asgar was the captain of the boy's team.
In the caption, she said “Back with a #Flashback today, this one is from 2008 and a show that everyone adored, loved, and got fully entertained by #ZaraNachKeDikha Wow to flash back, it reminds me so much of the good old times and especially where I gave a challenge to my brother @bhakhtyar The highlight of the show was the girls Vs boys dance challenges, with lots of masti, nok-jhok and definitely dancing but when the cameras went off we were all like a big family having just the most wonderful time shooting with such an power-packed squad. And guess what, the girls ended up winning! I want to especially thank the fans, they have been sharing these cute snips of the show with me and I’m so thankful that they did! Baaki aap batao, do you recall this show?”

Zara Nachke Dikha was hosted by Shweta Gulati and Karan Singh Grover. The show was judged by Chunkey Pandey and Malaika Arora. It aired on 14th July 2008.
