New Delhi: There has been a rapid increase in dengue in Delhi patients after rains in the country's capital Delhi. Problem is that 129 new cases have been reported in 4 days. According to experts, the next two weeks are considered important, as vector-borne diseases may increase with heavy rains in the city in the last few days. Earlier too, experts had warned that if it rains in September, the chances of dengue cases increasing will be high.

However, the Kejriwal government in Delhi is claiming to have prepared an action plan to prevent dengue. But still, according to data from the health department, the number of dengue patients has gone up to 525 as of September 21. While looking at last year's data, 273 cases of dengue were registered in this time period. It is clear that this time the number of dengue patients in Delhi has doubled compared to last year. According to media reports, experts are saying that in the next 15 days it will be clear whether dengue cases will increase or decrease. Because none of the patients admitted to hospitals right now are serious.

At the same time, the Delhi government has also taken measures to curb the spread of dengue, malaria and chikungunya. Therefore, along with making people aware, compliance with the guidelines issued by the government is being investigated by going door-to-door. People are being told what necessary steps should be taken to prevent the spread of dengue. Challan action is also being taken in places where guidelines are not being followed.
