Jabalpur: Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra has once again targeted the former Chief Minister of the state and senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh. He held a press conference today i.e. Friday. During this, he said that 'Digvijay Singh and Kamal Nath's government was the most corrupt in the state'. Further in the press conference, he talked about the influence of Naxalites in the state and said, 'Naxal activities have come down significantly during his tenure'.

With this, he said, 'During Digvijay Singh's tenure the Congress was unable to stop the attacks of Naxalites. Such attacks had increased under his rule. They will not allow any of their activities to succeed. At the same time, he appealed to all the citizens of the state not to worry about it. Further, he also talked about the farmers' movement. He said, 'Tukde Tukde Gang is running a campaign only on the basis of apprehensions. Previously, he protested against the Citizenship Amendment Act and is now against the Agricultural Law. This gang will not succeed.'

Apart from this, he reacted to the upcoming Bengal election and said, 'Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is protecting the coal mafia and drug mafia in the state. I hope she does not become the Chief Minister of the state again.' Although this is not the first time Narottam Mishra has spoken openly about a subject, he has made many such statements before which have been against the opponents.
