Sonu ke Titu ki sweety director Luv Ranjan has recently brought Ranbir Kapoor and Ajay Devgn on the floor for his upcoming project. The director has now set a benchmark for himself after his continuous hits. The actors who in past refused to work with the director are now happily signing his movies.
The director now wants to bring the rumored couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor together for his next movie.
There were rumors making rounds that Shraddha Kapoor, who was in Mumbai for the shooting of Batti Gul Meter Chalu, made a quick stop at Ajay Devgn’s office in an attempt to be cast in the film which Luv Ranjan is going to direct.
But as the sources revealed “Most film scripts are written with certain stars in mind. Having said that, directors also have a vision of who they want to cast. Today, Alia is a big star. If you want to cast her, you need to sign her around the same time as the male stars. If the role is not that important, it is highly unlikely that Alia will sign on the dotted line, even if it means losing out on quality time with beau Ranbir.”
