There is a three-day conference of the top commanders of the Indian Air Force. In which the role of the Air Force to fight China was discussed. Apart from this, there was also talk on deploying the Air Force in Ladakh. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh praised the Air Force and said that one has to be in alert mode at all times. Addressing his commanders, Air Force Chief RKS Bhadoria said that the Indian Air Force is ready to face any kind of disaster.
The inaugural session of the Commander's Conference has been addressed by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. In which he told that the nation will always remember the role of the Indian Air Force under some of the most challenging circumstances. During the country's response to covid-19, their work has been highly appreciated. He further said that the Air Force did an airstrike in Balakot in a very professional manner. By deploying soldiers in Eastern Ladakh, the Air Force has given a strong message to tough China.
India is constantly increasing its military capability amidst the ongoing conflict with China. In this series, Rafale fighter jets have been deployed in Ladakh against China. The first consignment of 5 Rafale aircraft was received from France on 29 July. The Air Force has already deployed its modern fleet of Mirage 2000, Sukhoi-30, and MiG-29 fighter jets to the forward base in Ladakh. Due to which the strength of the Indian Army has increased on the border area.
