SC refuses to entertain plea seeking CBI probe into SSR's manager Disha Salian's death

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today heard the death of former manager Disha Saliyan of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The apex court has refused to consider the petition seeking direction from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to conduct an inquiry under the supervision of the court. The court has directed the petitioner to go to Bombay High Court asking him to withdraw the petition.

According to Mumbai Police, Disha Salian talked to someone on the phone for a long time before dying. Let us tell you that just before she died, Disha talked with one of her friends on the phone for about 45 minutes. She shared his professional life with these 45-minute conversations. She had also told on the phone that how some deals could not be confirmed to him.

Let us tell you that Disha Salian's death was due to falling from a building in Mumbai on 8 June. At the same time, the next day of his death i.e. on June 9, the body of Disha was taken to Shatabdi Hospital. The corona test of Disha was done here, which was reported on June 11, which was negative and only after that the post-mortem was done.
