The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has announced Disney Star as the official broadcaster for the ninth edition of the ACC Women's Asia Cup 2024. Scheduled to take place from July 19 to July 28, 2024, the tournament will be played in a T20 format.

Disney Star will handle the production of the global feed and will broadcast the matches in India as the host broadcaster. This partnership continues Disney Star's commitment to promoting women’s cricket, a mission that began with their live coverage of the Women’s World Cup in 2013.

For the Asia Cup 2024, Disney Star will provide multi-language feeds for Indian viewers, enhancing the accessibility of the matches. The broadcast will also feature the popular ‘The Greatest Rivalry: India vs. Pakistan’ campaign, which gained significant traction during the recent ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.

The Indian women’s team, the reigning champions with seven titles, will compete against top cricket teams from across Asia, including Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, the UAE, Malaysia, Thailand, and Nepal.
