New Delhi: Everyone is worried about the possible third wave of the corona. On the one hand, the Centre and on the other hand, the State Governments are all worried. Now, in the meantime, an analysis by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has revealed a big deal. In fact, it says that the second wave of corona cannot see an equally intense third wave in the severely affected districts. Recently, experts have stated that "states should make district-level dispersion assessments to plan public health measures based on local data, including differences in spread and population.''

In fact, Samiran Panda, a senior epidemiologist and head of epidemiology and communicable diseases department of ICMR, said, "States like Maharashtra should focus on district-level diversity to prepare the area and population-appropriate response.'' At the same time, Samiran Panda also said, "It cannot be helpful to worry about the third wave across the state as not all districts have experienced the second wave equally. We need district-level transition control and management programs.''

At the same time, he added, "This also means that districts which have not experienced a strong second wave may now have a large number of vulnerable people.'' In fact, Samiran Panda also said, "In districts where the effect of the second wave was low, the effect of the third wave could be worse. In such a situation, it is very important to get the vaccine done in these districts on time.'' At the same time, it is important to create an environment that is not conducive to viral spread as a third wave can be seen in such areas. On the other hand, Maharashtra State Task Force member Shashank Joshi called for a district-wise serosurvey with a special focus on less affected areas during the second wave. He said, "Where the first second wave has caused damage, there is estimated to be less danger during the third wave.''
