Ingredients - 200 grams of Paneer
100 gms grated coconut
2 tablespoons walnuts
2 teaspoon pistachio pieces
2 teaspoons almonds
10 raisins
8 pcs Green Cardamom
100 ml milk
500 grams sugar
Finely chop the dry fruits to garnish.
Method - Grate the paneer. Pour paneer, coconut, sugar in milk in a pan, stir the mixture slowly with a large spoon.
- When the mixture starts to thicken, add raisins, almonds, pistachios, walnuts to it.
- Now mix green cardamom in the mixture and stir with a large spoon.
- After this, turn off the gas and as soon as the mixture cools, make ladoo of it.
- Garnish it with finely chopped dry fruits.
