The coronavirus is spreading fast in India. Due to premature preparations and dedicated service of the warriors fighting the corona, India has so far been able to better combat the Covid-19 epidemic. This was stated by Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan in a video link with counterparts of the member countries of the World Health Organization (WHO).

The number of laboratories carrying out coronavirus test was increased to 300. 55 thousand people are being tested every day. This capacity will be increased to one lakh tests daily by 31st May. India worked with extra vigilance to deal with the epidemic. We made a framework and worked on it with full enthusiasm.

In his statement further, Dr Harshvardhan said that we are discussing in difficult times. The death toll is increasing every day. Therefore, there is a need to actively try and take advantage of experiences from a large part of the world. For this, we can work together. Only by coordinated and dedicated efforts, we defeat the epidemic.
