Police arrested this man in Mumbai for making an inflammatory speech

Since passing from the Parliament of India, there has been a continuous protest against the Civil Amendment Act. Dr. Kafeel, who gave provocative speeches at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), has been arrested by the Special Taste Force (STF) from Mumbai. Dr. Kafeel, who came to the discussion after the death of children in the BRD Hospital in Gorakhpur, is accused of inciting indecent remarks against the Home Minister in the AMU meeting and provoking students in the name of communalism.

Dr. Kafeel, the resident of Aligarh, participated in a meeting against the CAA with Swaraj India President Yogendra Yadav at AMU on 12 December. According to the lawsuit filed by the police, Kafeel attempted to incite the religious sentiments of the students in the meeting. Here he also made indecent remarks against the Home Minister in gestures using the word Mota Bhai.

In this case, a lawsuit was filed on 13 December 2019 by SI Danish, posted on duty during the assembly at the Civil Lines Police Station in Aligarh. It is reported that after that Dr. Kafeel had fled to Mumbai, which was arrested by STF from Mumbai late Wednesday evening. Kafeel has also been accused and disputed in the case of the deaths of children in Gorakhpur's Baba Raghavdas Medical College earlier.
