New Delhi: Amidst the increasing threat of air pollution in the national capital Delhi, a unique initiative is being taken by Laxmibai College of Delhi University. Explain that the Laxmibai College campus has been developed on the lines of a village. It is named Gokul. Regarding the Yagyashala being built in it, Principal Pratyush Vatsala said that Yagyas will be performed here on various occasions with the aim of "purifying the air".

Let us tell you that Gokul, built in the university campus, has the concept of a swing, a hut, a pond and a temple. The first ECO Park was built in it, in which many ducks and rabbits live. Regarding its purpose, the principal has informed that due to this, the connection of students and university employees living in Delhi will remain with the village. The principal said that by doing this education, culture and sanskar (values) would be brought together. We want our students to join the villages and have respect for them.

He told that in English, we have named it 'Go Cool' because it is a part of the college. Where students come, they can forget all their stress and worries and calm their mind. Regarding the Yagyashala, he said that it is in the final stages of its preparation. It will have Gokul's latest addition. He told that 'this will start by the month of Chaitra. I have some thoughts on this. Next, we will decide when we can perform the Yagya.
