Earthquake of magnitude 3.5 hit Ladakh on Tuesday

An earthquake of magnitude 3.5 hit Ladakh. National Center for Seismology that the earthquake was hit at around 10 pm on Tuesday. Earlier also quake occurred just a few days ago which was recorded as a strong earthquake of magnitude 6.3 hit Tajikistan. While tremors for up to 30-40 seconds were felt in Delhi-NCR, other parts of north India.

On February 13, an earthquake rocked Jammu and Kashmir overnight. Residents after the strong quake ran out of their homes to escape being trapped.  According to the reports, several structures developing cracks due to the temblor. The report says that widespread panic caused by the earthquake with locals at many places in the Valley spending a sleepless night fearing aftershocks.

According to the information received, earthquake tremors have been felt in Ladakh once again at night. The earthquake on the Richter scale was 3.5.
