It is very common to get a fracture at least one time in your life. Bone fractures are a very common injury and can affect anyone at any age. A bone fracture is a medical definition for a broken bone.

These Fractures are usually caused by traumas like falls, car accidents or any other injury.  But some medical conditions and repetitive forces (like running) can increase your risk for experiencing certain types of fractures. If you break a bone, you might need surgery to repair it. Fracture weaken your bones. Here are few tips to follow to strengthen on your bones.

Exercise: There are some exercise which are suggested for healing your bones do not skip these exercise. To strengthen your bones igood flow and circulation of nutrients is essential. Exercises can enhance this process if you do the required exercises with care. You must focus on your joints loading along with different motion exercises so that blood flows to that area will improver.

Oil Massage: Even after recovering apply oil to  the injury. Try some natural oil for bone healing. Some of the oils that work in bone healing are Cypress oil, helichrysum oil, and fir-needle oil to accelerate the repair and healing of damaged nerves and tissues. It will helps to strengthen your bones and improves the healing Process.

Avoid Intoxicant: Smoking and drinking, are harmful to your body and while you are in the quest to heal your bone faster,. These addiction delays the process of healing of your bones. Such toxic substances alter the blood flow in your bone, thereby, preventing your bones from getting essential nutrients for healing. 

Avoid Sodium and Salt: Do no take excess amount of salt and suger. Sodium, sweetened beverages, and cola can remove calcium from the bones that can limit your bone healing.  Caffeine also contains certain compounds that mix with calcium and can prevent its absorption, thereby, slowing down the healing process.

Have a balanced Diet: Your diet directly affect your health and body. A healthy diet is one full of vegetables, fruits, lean protein and water. Calcium vitamin D and protein will be important during the bone healing process, so be sure you're focusing on food sources rich in these nutrients, including dark, leafy greens, broccoli, fish, meat, yogurt, nuts and seeds. So please add these nutrients in the process.
