Today we are going to tell you about the easy recipe of Egg Paratha which you can easily make at home in 15 minutes. Let's know about its easy recipe.

necessary ingredients

Wheat flour - 2 cups
Salt - 1 pinch
Oil - 1 tbsp
Eggs - 2
Chopped Onion - 4 cups
Garam Masala - ½ teaspoon
Green chili - 1 chopped
Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons

Method of preparation: To prepare the recipe for this healthy and tasty paratha, start by mixing flour, salt and oil in a bowl. Slowly add water and knead into a soft dough. Make small balls from it and roll them into 3 to 4-inch circles. Fold these chapatis in a triangular form and roll it again in a triangular shape. Meanwhile, take a bowl and break the eggs into it. Then add onion, chilli, coriander leaves, salt, and garam masala and mix well. Now keep it aside. Heat a pan or tava and cook the chapatti with 1 tablespoon butter / ghee on both sides for a few seconds. When the edges start to turn slightly crisp, cut the paratha with the help of the cutter and quickly add egg paste to it. Pour some more oil on the griddle and cook it until it becomes golden brown. Serve hot egg paratha with curd or pickle. You can also serve paratha with coffee or tea.
