Eggless Butterscotch Cake Recipe Ingredients-
All-purpose flour - 1 and 1/2 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Butterscotch Chips - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Oil - 1/8 cup
Melted butter - 1/8 cup
Butterscotch Essence - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Thick curd - 1/2 cup
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Fresh cream - for garnishing
Eggless Butterscotch Cake Recipe Method- To make Butterscotch Cake, first, put all-purpose flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix it well. While in another bowl add sugar, water, oil and melted butter and mix. Now after this, add butterscotch, thick curd, vinegar and baking soda in the sugar bowl and beat it well until foamy. At the same time, if you want, you can take the help of a mixer to mix. Add a mixture of flour and baking soda to the butterscotch mixture, adding little by little and mix. Take care that there are no lumps left. Now after this, add butterscotch chips or chocolate chips to the cake mixture and mix it. Now preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. After this, grease the baking tin or cake mould with butter.
After this, add some dry flour from above and take out the extra flour by turning the tin upside down and tapping. Now pour the cake mixture into the baking tin and put butterscotch chips or chocolate chips on top and then bake the cake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 45-50 minutes.
