Recently in Nalasopara area here, an elderly man was blown away when he came to know that this time his electricity bill has come to Rs 80 crore. After seeing this bill, the hands and feet of the elderly became numb. In the end, the effect was that the condition of the elderly man worsened and the family had to hospitalize him. According to the media reports, the condition of the elderly is being told a little better at this time. This case is related to Nalasopara area of Maharashtra.

Ganpat Naik, who lives here, runs a rice mill in Nirmal village. Recently, he received a bill by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited, which was around Rs 80 crore. Ganpat Naik was given this bill on Monday. He is a heart patient and gets nervous seeing the bill of 80 crores. After that his blood pressure also increased. Finally, Ganpat Naik had to be taken to the hospital. It is being said that now Ganpat Naik is already healthy. The power company has blamed the mistake on the meter reading agency.

Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited said, 'A small mistake was made on Ganpat's bill by mistake. Due to which the company has sent the bill of nine digits instead of six digits. By rectifying the mistake, we are issuing a new bill.' Surendra Mungare, the engineer of the Electricity Board in this case said, 'These disturbances have happened from the agency taking electricity meter readings'. Currently, correction is being done in the bill.
