Gwalior: Madhav Pavse, a junior bribe engineer of the power company, has been sentenced. Recently he was sentenced to four years by Special Sessions Judge Ramji Gupta. A fine of 20 thousand rupees has also been imposed on him. Now Pavse has also been sent to jail from the court. Pavse was caught taking a bribe of 20 thousand from Anirudh Rathore, the owner of Morena's oil company, to void the bill of Rs 3.70 lakh.

Recently, Special Public Prosecutor Arvind Srivastava talked about this. He said, 'The vigilance team of the power company sent a notice of three lakh 70 thousand rupees bill raiding Kamal Nath Trading Oil Mill, Morena on 19 May 2016. The mill owner approached Pavse to reduce the tax. On this, Pavse said that the bill would be completely void when he gave a bribe of Rs. 30 thousand.

He further told that a complaint about this was made by Anirudh Rathore on 23 June 2017 at the Lokayukta Police Office, Motimahal. Pavse called Rathore on 23 June 2017 near Kasturba Chauhan Kamla Raja Hospital. During that time, as soon as Pavse took a bribe, he was caught red-handed by the Lokayukta team.
