Meghan Markle made her first TV appearance on The Ellen Show since marrying Prince Harry in 2018 and relocating to the United States last year. The Duchess of Sussex displayed her comedic side by participating in one of Ellen's most famous prank parts, in which the talk show presenter issues directions to her celebrity guests via an earpiece and asks them to repeat what she's saying during a public appearance.

Meghan can be seen not only engaging in the hoax but also committing to it in the most hilarious manner in the prank video released on The Ellen Show's Instagram profile. The Duchess of Sussex was invited to go shopping at a nearby vending machine sitting inside the Warner Bros lot alongside one of Ellen's crew member acting as Markle's assistant named "Pwamma." 

The video features a hilarious exchange between Markle and a hot sauce seller in which she mimics Ellen's remarks and adds, "My boo likes hot sauce," and later says, "Mommy needs more heat," while eating like a chipmunk. Meghan takes a gulp from a milk bottle for newborns she pulls out of her purse after testing one of the hottest flavors. Meghan shows what she tries to cheer up her kids when she meets a cookie stall owner and puts on cat ears and sings, "I'm a kitty, by the way. Meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, me"

Fans appear to have been blown away by the Duchess of Sussex's ability to show off her witty side with this Ellen hoax, and have praised her for agreeing to participate in the prank.
