Security worries also seem to weigh heavily on Markle's decision. Krakue pointed out, "Harry's recent legal battle loss against the Home Office has left him feeling unsafe about bringing his family to the UK." Furthermore, the expert predicts this period might deepen the rift between the Sussexes and the Royal Family.

Since stepping down as senior royals in 2020, Harry and Meghan have resided in the United States. Earlier this year, Harry's legal efforts to restore his security classification were unsuccessful.
