Dehradun: A helicopter engaged in disaster relief operations in Uttarakhand's Uttarkashi district has once again made an emergency landing. The helicopter had to make an emergency landing during the disaster relief operation in Ngwara. According to the information received, the helicopter was carrying relief material from Arakot to Chiwan village. The pilot and the co-pilot are safe. Both have suffered minor injuries.

Relief and rescue operations were stopped through a helicopter after a helicopter crashed in Moldi. From today (Friday) again, relief material was taken up by helicopter to the affected village.  The pilot, co-pilot and a local citizen lost their lives in the accident two days ago.

The helicopter, which was successfully delivering relief material in two rounds, was reported to have carried out emergency landing in the middle of the helicopter at around 2:15 p.m. when the helicopter took off with relief material in the third round. The pilot sustained minor injuries in the helicopter.
