1. Wash the poha, drain its water well, and keep it for 10 minutes.

2. Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice, and sugar to it.

3. Cook it in a steamer for 5 minutes (the steamer should be preheated).

4. Take it out on a plate and serve garnished with finely chopped coriander leaves.

Note: To cook in a microwave, keep the poha in a cotton cloth and cook it at 100 °C for 2 minutes, then take out the poha in a microwave-safe utensil and cook it again for 2 minutes.

2. Sprouted Moong Chaat

Sprouted moong is very healthy for health, and it is a different pleasure to eat chaat in the rain, so why not make chaat a little healthier and eat it?

In a large bowl, mix sprouted moong, chopped onion, chopped tomato, salt to taste, chaat masala, lemon juice, and green chilli sauce. Serve by adding finely chopped green coriander and pomegranate seeds on top.

3. Baked Samosa

1. To make samosa, first of all, take all-purpose flour in a bowl, add sugar, dry active yeast, and salt, mix it well, and prepare a soft dough by kneading it with lukewarm water. Now cover this dough and keep it for 2–3 hours so that it gets set. When the dough rises, make samosas from it.

2. Now heat a nonstick pan.

3. Add ginger, coriander powder, cumin, and peas to it and fry on a low flame for about 2 minutes.

4. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the pan.

5. Add red chilli powder, salt, dried mango powder, garam masala, and green coriander and mix well while stirring. Switch off the flame, take out this stuffing on a plate, and let it cool.

6. Now knead the dough prepared for samosas a little more and break the dough into small pieces.

7. Now make balls out of it, roll them out, and cut them in half with a knife.

8. Take half of the portion in one hand and apply light water with your finger on the half of the edge that is cut. Now place the other half on this part and stick it so that a triangular shape can be made for making samosas.

9. After this, take the stuffing and fill it in this triangle, and close the open part by sticking it with a light hand while applying a little water.

10. Now place the samosas in a tray at some distance and keep it covered for 30 minutes.

11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. After this, keep the tray containing the samosas in the oven and cook at the same temperature for 10 minutes.

12. Now open the oven and see whether the samosas are ready or not. If the samosas have turned golden brown, take them out of the baking tray.

13. Now your samosas are ready to serve. You can serve it with tomato ketchup or green chilli sauce.
