The Supreme Court of India has said that equality does not mean that it cannot be classified. It is necessary that unequal people should be judged in an unequal way because if the people coming out of unequal circumstances are seen with the right to equality, then it will not be justified. However, the court said that this classification should not be arbitrary. It should stand the test of its symptoms and purpose within a group of people. This should be logical.
