Looking in front - To do this yoga, sit with your legs in front. After that tie the fist of the left hand, take the thumb up from the fist. This will relax your eyes.

Wash with cold water - Whenever you go home from the office, wash your eyes with cholera cold water, this will relax the nerves of the eyes. Yes, and with this, whatever stress is on the eyes will be removed.
