Actually, this picture surfaced online for the first time in 2018. According to a fact-check conducted by Newstracklive, the picture has been posted on Alamy, a service that sells stock photos. According to the Alamy listing, this photo is being reported from October 18, 2018. However, it is not clear where this picture was taken. Therefore, the claim being made on social media that this picture was taken in Turkey on Monday is also misleading. This is an old picture, which was taken in 2018.
