Shopping, dining, and market exploration are what Delhi means to Delnaaz Irani. The actress took some time off this time, when she was here to perform her play, and went to Khan Market. She explains that even though she had made the decision to limit her shopping, "na na karte shopping ho hi jaati hai Delhi mein." Delnaaz says, "The vibe becomes very positive (during festivals), and everyone comes together which is so cool." She is looking forward to the festivities. She discusses her plans for the holiday this year.

Delnaaz shares that she began her customary spring-cleaning schedule before Diwali, just like most of us do. "I'm cleaning the house with ghar ki, and I'll buy something new and make some minor home improvements. I get giddy over these tiny things. The entire process of using diyas to decorate the house is something I am looking forward to. The presence of friends and family, food, and mithais all contribute to the festivities. which will be up until the end of the year and it's always a very joyful time is "Mere Ghar Pe Lights Lag Chuki Hain." I'm excited to celebrate it with my mother, brother, friends, and Percy. We are excited to host a gathering and have our loved ones visit us,"

Her upcoming projects are something else she is excited about. We learn from her that "I am aiming for something very exciting around Diwali, which is very important to me. Work is very important to me because I am a workaholic, and I am very excited to start something new with the celebrations.

Before going out for lunch with her friends, Delnaaz also did some shopping at Khan Market while she was in the area. "Khan Market is my favourite spot in Delhi, and Delhi is one of our favourite locations. This time, I had a little extra time, so I made sure to stay in the city because I enjoy the food and shopping there. This time, I purchased Indian clothing. "Na na karke ho hi jaati hai shopping, somehow Delhi aake kuch shopping ho hi jati hai," she says.

Delnaaz continues by stating that after COVID, not only have festivals changed, but also the meaning of life. Our experience with COVID has taught us never to take anything for granted. I am the type of person who finds joy in even the smallest things. We should all strive to cultivate an attitude of gratitude for both the big and small things in life, so I believe that is something that should be taught. Festivals are about people, not about spending money. Because you never know what the future holds for you, Delnaaz says it's more important to spend time with family, enjoy yourself, and make the most of the present.
