1 Nagachandreshwar Temple

This temple is built on the premises of Jyotirlinga Mahakaleshwar of Ujjain. The special thing is that this temple opens only once a year on the day of Nag Panchami. The temple has a statue of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati seated on the serpent. This statue looks quite amazing.

2 Mannarasala Nagaraja Temple

This temple is situated in the middle of dense forests in Haripad village of the Alappuzha district of Kerala. More than 30 thousand snake figures are seen in the trees on the path leading to the temple. Its specialty is that in this temple Nag Devta along with his wife Nagayakshi is also enthroned.

3 Dhaulinag Temple

This temple is present in the Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand. It is known as Dhaulinag Temple. This Nag Devta is worshiped daily with full legal practice.

The festival of Nag Panchami is celebrated all over the country. On this day, milk is kept for the Nag Devta at the threshold of the house and a statue of Nag or its picture is made at the main door of the house.
