1 bunch fenugreek
2 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
6 cloves
4 cm long cinnamon stick
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup milk
A pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste
10 almonds for garnishing
2 tbsp to garnish

Method of making: Firstly cut the paneer into small pieces. Now heat the oil and fry the paneer until golden brown. Now soak them in milk to soften them. Then clean the fenugreek leaves, finely chop and wash them with water. Now let its water drain. Then heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan, add asafetida to it. Now add fenugreek seeds and fry it and let it smell. Now mix the remaining spices in it. You keep stirring it continuously until it leaves the oil. Now add milk and cottage cheese. Then let it simmer. Then reduce the heat and let the gravy thicken. Garnish with sultana and almonds. Serve hot at the end.
