Chandigarh: A case of sedition has been registered against Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, chief of Khalistani terrorist organization Sikh for Justice (SFJ), who appealed to hoist Khalistan flag at the office of district magistrates of Haryana. Pannu had released a letter and video on YouTube on Friday (April 15) in this regard.

A case has been registered against the banned SFJ's Pannu at Cyber ​​Crime Police Station, Gurugram. He is accused of sedition and inciting two communities. Even before this, two cases have been registered against Pannu for making provocative statements and sedition charges. It had issued a letter titled 'Haryana Banega Khalistan' on Friday. In this letter, he has announced to put up Khalistan flag on April 29 at the DC office of Gurugram. Along with this, there has also been talk of a plebiscite in Haryana for Khalistan.

Pannu had said in his letter that, 'Haryana has the right of Punjab. To demonstrate this right, Khalistani flag will be raised at the DC office of Gurugram on 29th April. This will happen on the occasion of the 36th Declaration Day of Khalistan. SFJ has also released the map of Khalistan in which Haryana has also been included.
