Chandigarh: The first case of green fungus in Jalandhar, Punjab, which suffers from corona, has created a ruckus. The medical team is busy preparing the entire history of the patient. The 61-year-old patient had a corona in March. He has been confirmed green fungus in June after recovering. Jalandhar Civil Hospital doctor Paramvir Singh said that the patient, who had recently recovered from corona, has been kept in observation and cannot say much yet. There was a case of green fungus in the past but it could not be confirmed.

The patient is a resident of Baba Bakla and is admitted to the ICU of Sacred Heart Hospital at Maqsoodan on Amritsar Road. The first patient of green fungus was found in Indore in Madhya Pradesh a few days ago. After the recovery of corona infected patients, many diseases including black fungus are being gripped and doctors have been agitated due to the receipt of the country's second green fungus patient in Jalandhar.

Doctor Paramvir Singh further said that the green fungus patient has cough, chest pain and difficulty breathing. Green Fungus has another name Aspergillosis. We are monitoring the patient's condition. According to experts, esperzilus fungus is commonly called green fungus. There are many types of esperzilus. It is found black, blue green, yellow green and brown on the body. Esperzilus fungal infection can also affect the lungs. It is filled with pus in the lungs, which makes it fierce. In fact, this fungus infects the lungs at a very fast pace.
