Five Injured in House Fire Due to Short Circuit in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh

Lucknow: A fire erupted in a house in the Raebareli district of Uttar Pradesh on Saturday night, resulting in injuries to five individuals, confirmed an official report. Sunil Kumar Singh, a Fire Service Operator (FSO), stated that the incident occurred when a short circuit triggered a fire in the house. The fire service vehicle promptly responded to the emergency call and reached the scene to contain the blaze.

"We received an alert at 11:45 pm on Saturday regarding a house fire. Our fire service team quickly arrived at the location and initiated firefighting operations," said Sunil Kumar Singh. He further explained that the fire erupted while individuals were transferring turpentine into containers, leading to a sudden ignition and rapid spread of flames. Following an initial investigation, it was determined that the cause of the fire was indeed a short circuit. "Five individuals sustained injuries in the incident and were subsequently taken to the hospital for medical treatment," added Sunil Kumar Singh.

Providing an update on the victims' condition, a doctor stated, "Five people arrived at the hospital with critical injuries resulting from a fire explosion. Three of them have been admitted for further medical care, while the remaining two are undergoing treatment. Currently, their condition is stable."
