New Delhi: The honor of the country has increased once again in the world. The United Nation has honored five women police officers of the country. This award has been given to them for their meritorious services in South Sudan.

These five women include Reena Yadav, Gopika Jahangirdar, Bharti Samantarai, Ragini Kumari and Kamal Shekhawat. Reena Yadav is a police officer in Chandigarh. Gopika Jahangirdar is DSP in Maharashtra Police and Bharti Samantarai is also in Maharashtra Police. The fourth name is Ragini Kumari and she is also in the police.

Kamal Shekhawat is employed in Rajasthan Police. All these women are engaged in community, administrative, operational duties and capacity building of local authorities. An official said that these women are working with the UN's core values of respect for professionalism, integrity and diversity.

These Indian women are strengthening to reconcile with the UN Mission in South Sudan. It is a matter of pride for the entire countrymen.
