On Saturday, the Indira Gandhi International Airport threatened to blow up a plane full of 170 persons coming from Bangalore to Delhi. In fact, a letter was found in the airport toilet saying that there was a bomb in the plane coming from Bangalore to Delhi and it would explode as soon as it reached Delhi airport.

On the other hand, on receiving the news of the incident, the police got into the heat and started investigating. Fortunately, the aircraft was airlifted safely to IGI Airport, where it was taken to an empty spot for examination. The bomb disposal squad carried out a full investigation as soon as the aircraft reached Delhi airport, but no explosives were found there. The aircraft was allowed to fly again after everything was found to be safe.

However, the police have started investigating the case. To find out who wrote the letter, the police questioned about 12 passengers and the Pilot's statement was also taken. Apart from this, the police also took handwriting samples of all the passengers so that the note could be matched with the handwriting. In fact, on Saturday, Flight I5-741 took off from Bengaluru at 11.30 am. When it was close to Delhi, a person found this note in the toilet, which was written that there was a bomb in the plane coming from Beguru to Delhi afternoon. The plane will explode as soon as it reaches Delhi. Landing of the aircraft coming from Bangalore was done as soon as the matter was received and the police informed the CISF and other security agencies deployed for the security of the airport. Simultaneously, a bomb disposal squad was deployed.
