However, a businessman named David T. Hines, a resident of Florida in the US, took help from the government in the name of Corona and then bought a gleaming Lamborghini car from that money.

According to the reports, David received four million dollars (more than 29 million rupees) from the government. He got this fund under the 'Paycheck Protection Program' (PPP). The aim of PPP is to support small traders affected by corona infection. It has also been reported that David applied for $ 13.4 million PPP loan from some companies. He gave false and misleading information about the companies' payroll expenses and was successful in taking a loan of nearly four million dollars. The US Department of Justice has alleged that the person bought the Lamborghini Huracan sports car for about $ 318,000 a few days after receiving the funds. Apart from this, stayed in an expensive hotel in Miami Beach and shop from luxury shops.

Bank of America had approved three PPP applications of David. It claimed seventeen employees per application and stated her monthly payroll expenses of four million dollars. At the moment, David is taken into custody. Officers have seized $ 3.4 million in his luxury car and bank.
